We received excellent care for my mother in law. All the carers treated her with respect and dignity building a bond over the time spent with her. She was happy and comfortable to receive them into her home. Some tasks were very demanding and they were carried-out with a smile and without complaint, the apartment was always left spotless after each visit. The communication at all stages was brilliant, We would highly recommend Community Care Direct to look after a loved-one.
